1988–2015
Three Decades at the Top
Our founding team spent 30 years at the highest levels of business aviation, managing large fleets for some of the most demanding clients in the world. We learned what world-class looks like, and more importantly, what it takes to deliver it consistently.
2016
A Turning Point
After a major acquisition reshaped the industry operation we'd built, our leadership team stepped back and asked a simple question: what would we build if we could start over, for the clients who deserve the very best, without compromise?

We founded NexGen to answer that question. In a market where most management firms compete on price, cutting service to protect margins, we deliberately built something different: a company small enough to care deeply, and experienced enough to do it flawlessly.

Our pilots hold Airline Transport Pilot certificates with extensive turbine time in type. Recurrent training and instrument proficiency checks exceed regulatory minimums.
Aircraft Maintenance
Managed aircraft are maintained under structured programs at certified repair stations. Scheduled inspections, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins are tracked and resolved before they become issues.
Pre-Flight Planning & Dispatch
Every mission receives a full weather analysis, NOTAM review, and weight-and-balance verification prior to departure. Flights are dispatched, not just booked, meaning a second set of trained eyes reviews every trip.
Safety Management System
NexGen operates under a formal Safety Management System (SMS) that documents hazard identification, risk assessment, and corrective action.
